This is a clean camper and deserves to be used!  The sleeping capacity is large enough to fit Kate and her 8 kids!  The cabinets and counters are clean, the fridge and stove are all sanitary and look underused.  The vinyl flooring is NOT torn or stained.  There are several tie-downs in the floor to tie a couple motorcycles or quads.  All the couch/tables fold up and out of the way to move in your toys.  We purchased the camper already winterized and so havent checked any of the water works for ourselves.  The propane tanks and battery are missing but other than that you will be ready to go!!  We sell a bunch of campers and motorhomes to dealers all across the Rockies and only keep the best ones for ourselves.  Take a look at all 50+ Photos and see the value that this camper holds.
